Goku (JC: Manga Man) is a 9 year old gelding, 16.3. He was an allowance horse and had 65 starts. Unfortunately, in his last race December 2024 he strained his suspensory just above the point where it branches. He had been rehabbing very well and just started back under saddle with walk trot work, but just this week he aggravated it running in the pasture. My horses all live outside with run-in sheds and I don’t have the facility to put him on stall rest or small paddock rest until his injury can heal.
He is the absolute sweetest horse in the world and I had planned to keep him for my husband who is a beginner rider. If someone is willing to give him a chance they are going to get a heck of a deal. I will pass along all his vet records including the complete work up from Cleveland Equine. With proper treatment he should recover completely and be sound for all disciplines, including jumping. It breaks my heart to let him go, but I know it’s the right thing to do because I can’t provide him the treatment he needs to get better.
I'm not going to give him away for free because bad things tend to happen to free horses. I have priced him just above the price per pound he would bring at a slaughter auction so it makes me feel assured that whoever takes him is invested in keeping him and giving him the care he deserves.

2019 thoroughbred gelding, 16.2. I am utterly blown away at the talent and willingness of this guy! Clark is a one owner OTTB - his breeder owned him during his racing career and retired him after 12 uneventful starts. He is the biggest pet and in your pocket kind of guy. His second ride was done by 13 year old Lexi, and she had no trouble doing her signature backflip dismount. For his third ride we jumped for the first time and ended up cantering a course of crossrails and even got the lead changes on the diagonals. To top it off, he isn't even wearing any shoes! I rode him right past a giant log splitter on our way back to the barn and he watched with avid curiosity and no fear. This guy is really special and I know someone is going to snatch up this gem quick!

2018 thoroughbred gelding, 17.1 unraced. Hamilton is quite the ham! He is curious and kind. Very willing and a kick ride. He is started over fences and showing great talent. Good on terrain and front shoes only. No history of lameness or injury. He would make a great amateur project.

2013 thoroughbred gelding, 16.1. This horse has really won my heart. He is the kindest, sweetest horse you will ever meet and retired sound after 114 starts on the track. This guy has worked hard and deserves to be spoiled in his retirement from racing. He is dead quiet and beginner safe. There is nothing to prevent him from being a sport horse, but after his long racing career I feel like he deserves a lighter work load. He would be perfect for a timid trail rider, husband horse, or beginning kid.
2019 Hanoverian gelding, 17.3 hands. By Sinatra Song (Sandro Hit). Gentle giant with a playful and loving personality. He has been competing at Beginner Novice as an event horse and consistently produces dressage scores in the low 20's (75-80% range for traditional dressage). I have taken him to a few hunter shows in the 2'6" green hunters and he was champion of the division. He is learning flying changes and is very close to having it figured out.
He is well balanced and carries himself well for a horse of his size. He is brave to the jumps and light to the aids. He was awarded Top Colt and the Gold Medal Foal award at the Arion Sporthorses Hanoverian inspection in 2019.

2021 thoroughbred filly, 15.3. "Honey" is just as sweet as can be! She won fourth place at the Stone Gate Farm mini trial in July. No injuries or vices. She is the same at home and at shows. Trail rides and gets along well with other animals. Unfazed by dogs, bikes, or vehicles. Jumps a 2' course with a kid in the tack. SAFE and honest. I use her several times a week for beginner lessons. She is incredibly willing and mature for her age.

2015 thoroughbred gelding, 16.2. Such a handsome boy and sweet as can be! He is a total pet who loves to play in the hose and eat bananas. He was his trainer's favorite and an exceptional home is a must. I'm trying to minimize the rides on this one so he can stay eligible for the RRP next year. He could be a winner! He is lightly started over fences and is being ridden by a kid.

2015 thoroughbred gelding, 15.1. What a doll! This little guy is cute as a button. Willy is a war horse with 81 starts and retired sound. When they stay sound for that long of a racing career you can bet they come from sturdy stock. He takes everything in stride and loves mountain trail obstacles. No injuries or vices and safe enough for a kid or husband.
